Scalabrinian Vocational Year 2026 - 2027

Dear parishioners and People of God,

In communion with the Congregation of the Missionaries of Saint Charles – Scalabrinians, I invite you to join us in prayer for vocations in our families and communities.

The Scalabrinian Congregation has announced the beginning of the Scalabrinian Vocational Year, starting today, April 26, 2026, on the day the Church celebrates Good Shepherd Sunday. This special year carries the theme: “Rekindle the Gift of God That Is Within You” (cf. 2 Timothy 1:6).

This theme invites us to “rekindle” our vocation like a living flame that needs to be cared for, nourished, and strengthened each day.

May this Vocational Year inspire us to renew our commitment and to support the emergence of new vocations with faith and hope. May Saint John Baptist Scalabrini intercede for each one of us.
